Conference Dates

This year's conference is taking place in Toronto, Ontario from October 20 to October 23, 2025.

The CAGRA Conference will take place in the morning of Monday October 20th. We will dive right into discussions during a working breakfast at 8:00am, and continue until noon for a lunch break, after which we will join the larger event for the official kick-off to the IAGR Toronto 2025 Conference.


Location

The meetings will be held at the The Westin Harbour Castle, located at 1 Harbour Square, Toronto.


Registration

The AGCO has waived the CAGRA Conference registration fee and worked with IAGR to secure a unique IAGR Conference discount for CAGRA members!

  • Discounted registration fee: $875.00 USD


Register to attend IAGR/CAGRA at this reduced cost by following these instructions:

  1. Navigate to the IAGR 2025 Conference webpage and click ‘Register Now’.

  1. On the Registration page, select the ‘CAGRA Member Registration’ option.

  1. When prompted, use the discount code: CAGRA25

    Day 3 – Wednesday October 22

    • IAGR Full conference day
    • IAGR Gala dinner


    Day 4 – Thursday October 23

    • IAGR Half day
    • 1:30pm (approx.) end of IAGR conference
